The Lake Saint Louis Sailing Club is pleased to present the 2009 USA Junior Olympic Sailing Festival - Midwest, on July 17-19, 2009, in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. Junior Olympic Sailing Festival events mix Olympic-style competition with elements of learning and fun for all levels--from beginning racers to those with Olympic aspirations.
Registrations are starting to come in, and our fleets are growing, but we've got plenty of room for more Laser, Sunfish, and Opti junior sailors (ages 8-21). This regatta will certainly have some very good young sailors, but we'll have lots with limited racing experience, or even some that are just getting started. We'll have lessons and our fabulous Pirate Party on Friday, with racing over the weekend. Please visit the event website, or contact me for more information.
