2 or 3 loop bridle?

My 3 loop is shot. A novice sailor--please tell me difference between the 2;What are handling differences? Does 2 loop need a traveler block?

1. For a novice, no handling differences.
2. You don't need a bridle block.
3. Read up on the bridle issue as BB suggested

Puts less load on each eye strap. # loop the windward eye strap takes all the load. Two loop less load as each eye strap shares the load.

With a three-loop bridle, the windward eye strap takes all the load. With a 'two looper', the load will be shared between the eye straps.
