Sorry, winches are gone.
Full list as it stands today:

General Deck Hardware:

15 harken 150 cam cleats - May be more somewhere, but that’s a good start. Also some bases and fairleads
Harken 291 Pivoting lead.
Harken 144 Swivel mainsheet cam base.
Jib & Genoa leads - slides and blocks.
Shrouds and back stay - Ronstan calibrated turnbuckles. I would suggest replacing the wire, and it probably wouldn’t fit anyways, but the turnbuckles could be re-used and provide a saving in the creation of a new set of shrouds.
Full 8:1 vang - 2 Harken Fiddles, one with integrated cam cleat, cascaded to a single block.
Harken 2.5" ratchet blocks
2 10” floating winch handles

J/24 Specific:

Stern rail
Two side berth boards
Lazarette Covers
Full Boom with out haul
Harken 2602 57mm Double Carbo block
Electric panel
Teak toe rails -all
Old style bow hatch - could use reinforcing, but generally intact.
Main, Jib, spin halyards, spinnaker sheets.
Forestay attachment fitting

Mast parts:
Spreaders with ends
Spreader thru bar mounting plates - kit minus the actual thru-bar
Spinnaker rings
Boom attachment
Vang attachment

Lifelines
Motor mount
Dock lines
2 fenders.
Tacktick microcompass
Ronstan Tiller Extension
Tiller

Sails:

1999 Matching Hood Genoa and Main - Reasonable condition, some life left.
Shore Sails Main - 2 reef points, but no class royalty tag.
2001 Z Sails Main - Very Good condition
North sails Jib - Has seen better days, but still usable.

Good to hear that it came through well. That must be the largest thing I've ever packaged for shipping.

I'm looking for $350 for the Tacktick. Its in really nice condition with no scuffs or scratches. I think it was only bought two or three years ago, and rarely used. This is without the bracket or anything, as I have used that the replace my older one which was cracking. By comparison, a new one ranges from $450.00-$500 for just the compass, the mast bracket is about $50.00, plus $30 for the mounting plate itself.

Scott,

The toe rails are in fairly good condition. Clearly not new, but also not excessively sanded. The bow, middle and transom sections are intact, while the stern sections are in two pieces where a small section was taken out for a cam cleat.

I will take and send you some photos tomorrow morning.

Short answer, yes*.

I've a bunch of the old style ones. I've also got some that are similar to the new style, though they were constructed with the stanchions welded in.

Was thinking $30 each for the old style ones, $50 for the newer ones with integrated stanchions, plus shipping.
I'll dig them up and take some pictures for you.
