Yet another reason why the springs are so much better than the rings... so this weekend i was pushing my boat off the dolly and forgot to put the auto-bailer up. The chute comes flying out of the autobailer blah blah blah... Had i had the rings in... they would have been broken and the bailler...
Now if your really fast..... what you do is put a slip not in the mainsheet... throw the tiller into a tack, and then run around the mast and back and sail on.... much easier said than done
ok just got the new springs for my bailer and these things are absolutly amazing.... a snap to install and the action is amazing... i will never buy anymore bands at a time
I have found in light air that the tiller extension jussstttt fits when you swing it at the top block on the boom.... the front block that its... and i mean it just barely makes it...
Well i know they have those Bow Guards for powerboats that protect the bottom of the bow then they go up the beach.... what if you were to take a strip of hat and put it on the stern... maybe not race good but it would protect the bottom. and it would stay on b/c its designed for powerboats that...

Not really. We saw a trailer for sale for a good price and we bought it and are rebuilding the sunfish trailer.... now we will know what we condition the trailer is next time we need to use it
No didnt fall asleep in class, just couldnt find my digital camera to take pictures of the trailer. So we will have to deal with the camera phone pics.

Hey everyone. Where I live, storage space is limited for my laser and i was wondering if there are any longterm drawbacks to storing a laser vertically on its transom. I have seen lasers stored this way at the local college but I was looking for some input from everyone else. Thanks
