what is a good tiller length my tiller is to me too long it goes about 3 inches into the cockpit restricks me when i am hiking way in the aft of the pit it is a wooden tiller easy to redo when cut and sanded cut it right at the cockpit lip or a bit shorter any help would be welcomed

i sometimes use tire shine armour all and a wet tire spray it makes it shiny and slipery... dont do the board that hurts
