Hi all, just bought a Sunfish from the 2019 worlds and has water in the mast so thought to do the sealing job. I took the caps off and find no plugs inside. Do I need to have plugs in? Also, I don’t see a “reinforcement sleeve” either. Now with the caps removed, it’s just a tube

Check out the “helmsman glove” from Gill. Those are heavy duty too so it won’t rip up to quick when you slide the sheet through your hands when releasing
