I've got a boom from the 80s and its been well loved and the clew strap no longer glides on it so the outhaul is stuck at one position. I saw Mclube is an option, but i was wondering if there was a more permanent solution that would work. something like frictionless stickers or polishing the...
So I'm slowly upgrading a laser from the mid 80s and one of the issues I've run into is that my clew strap won't slide smoothly and that has made it impossible to trim my out hall on the water. I saw that Mclube could help put I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this issues and found a...
Hi, I got a Laser and it came with a trailer, the problem... its warped the forward side walls from the trailer. Its not really an issue for me that its warped but wanted to at least not let it continue. Is there are options you would recommend to change the trailer and but the boat in a better...

I'm just saying that if you put a cleat on the main sheet you can forget about it and end up being a lot slower. that's my take on it but do what is most fun for you.
i am also in NJ, Toms River, and we use dollys. its pretty common for optis, lasers, and sunfish.
although i have seen boats stored on racks and temporarily put on dollys for transportation to the water
