Where/how did all you guys learn to sail?

Does anybody have speed graphs for a laser (full, radial or 4.7)?? I'm looking to find "polar" graphs of the laser's speed for different wind/boat angles in different conditions. Raw data would be just as good though. Can anybody help or tell me of a website with them on?
