Condo appeats to be rented! Thanks to all who were interested and good luck to everyone.

Our contract is now cancelled so this condo is on the open market again. If you are travelling with significant others this is a way nicer place for them to hang out than the hotel. It would really be nice if it rents so we can get our reservation fee (1/2 rent) back.

Unfortunatley we cannot make it to this regatta now (family before sailing...). We already have 1/2 of the place paid for and in order to not pay the other 1/2 we need to cancel by July 1st. It would be really great if someone were to rent this place so we can get the rest of our deposit back...

Grace is also going to represent Area E in the finals for the US Sailing Womens Singlehanded Championships at the Gorge in Oregon!

I just got a zhikskin microfleece skiff and powerpads. The size chart puts me at size M and pad size 4. I couldn't pull the pad up even without the batten installed. The suit was really tight too. I can't imagine getting it over ther power pad. I am 5' 11 and 155 lbs. Does anyone else have...
