I'm all for fan assisted airflow. Passive ventilation works to be sure but you want positive airflow blow into it via a fan box and dryer duct hose. Doesn't need to be super tight, but believe me you are slowing your drying time with passive ventilation flow. Get the humidity out of that beast...
