Need location measurements for attachments to top spar & boom.. don't see in rigging guide? appreciate help tx ken

Bow handle replacement.. any ideas to install .. old had wood threaded screws that appear to be held only by the deck.. new handle has machine threaded screws but will not set ... was there a plywood block now gone or opened wide with the larger diameter old screws? tx for help ken

I have a Laser with drain plug.. pls advise if there is a best exact spot to install ... don't want to hit any internal stuff.. mine has the aft compartment.. tx ken
