A new boat should not have imperfections like a "mast bump" on them. Especially since they cost as much as they do. Or other delaminations in the deck etc.. And if the builder or builder's cannot supply boats without major imperfections, the class should allow the owner to make them fair.

What I am calling "bleed thru" is when you can see the lines where (I believe) core was laid in the deck mold. The boat was build in Portsmouth, Rhode Island , USA.

Anyone who has a 2008-2011 laser have problems with deck sagging , soft decks or bleed thru of the core? If so, what if anything did you do about it?
