So this is more difficult than first imagined...difficult finding appropriate packaging which will yield a reasonable shipping cost.

Need to make room in the garage for boat gifts (are you listening Santa?) and wondering if there is any interest in this. Before getting into the water with my Amflite 14 (Sunfish Clone) I upgraded to the post 1972 style - I took it off the boat five years ago and have no idea if what is here...
My AMFlite 14 came with this 2" round cork insert in the mast step. The cork is 5/8" thick. From other threads on this forum I understand that it is a good piece to have, as rotation of the mast during sailing will - over time - grind and potentially damage the step.

My AmFlite had the the old style rudder but I upgraded (used your video as a guide for opening the port on the rear deck). The boat was a bit of a barn find as it did not need much effort to dry it out and bring it back to at least a serviceable...
Well thank you both for the timely responses from longtime members...definitely good news so I will likely bring the AmFlite 14 down. Now I just have to come up with the explanation for rationalizing a second bigger boat to my wife;) along with the AmFLite...hmmmm
