I see some cracks in your earlier posts, separating hulls. Now it's to late to do repair the easy way. But since you already have hatches, you can close some and make new in the area of delamination and do some extra support underneath. According to the rules, you can have 3x hatches.
I hear newer boats have a build in metal disc in the mast step for wear protection. What year did PS/LP begin with this? I could not see any on my 2006 PSE boat.
Rumors said that the ice blue series had it. But this problem was also solved by having the plywood stringer vertical, instead of having it laying flat. On my 97 and 05 it was vertikal. No cracks. But plywood. Some people report on a kinda black kompositt on the attachments. Plywood fini?
I have done 3 mast step repairs. The mast grindes in the bottom and there will be a hole in the end. The thickness of the bottom is 4-5mm. From bottom and up to the deck it measures 14". So take a measure. In your case I would do a repair from the outside and remove the wooden donut. Grind off...
Interesting, I will measure the other (4) boats to. This boat has less weather helm than others. Still it's not difficult to make the boom go block to block.
Yes, they get put of s 15cm hole, deflatet. Reverse, inflate with vacuum cleaner in reverse. Do not fill to much. There have to be some reserve for ☀️ days.
