Nah, Waiting on the last stripe color to dry so I can untape and see what I got. Basically it's goofing on the `puter or watching paint dry. I gotta get another job or another SF to work on.
Is it safe for me to assume that the empty Miller Lite can, in the trailer 5 boat picture, was left from the construction of the trailer and not the sailing event?

I've read and followed your progress on this project. I see where you only mentioned sanding with 120 grit but with a finish like that it must have gone finer! Did you use anything to "knock down" the final coat? I have put two coats of Rustoleum Marine Coating primer...
Thanks for posting the pictures Alan. I have several bronze thru hull fittings here and wanted to know what the original looked like to see if I can retro something to fit. Seems to me that the metal would hold up better, than the plastic on the outside of the hull.

Anybody ever heard of "Borer Bees"? It appears they bored a 1/4" by 2" hole down thru the tiller handle where the extension meets at the pivot hole!
While re-finishing the rudder assembly the tiller let loose while hanging by the pivot hole to dry.
