Thanks, just update for anyone else who has to do this. I put a 4inch vent fan in one port and cut a second in the bow for an exhaust. I also put a heating lamp (careful it can melt the foam) into the boat. 3 weeks later it is 90% dry as a bone. the heating lamp really did the job. Shame it...

I too am drying out my boat. A neighbor wanting to get rid of it sold it to me for $100, if it takes some time to fix and dry out I'm good with that. Just hoping to get in one sail this summer :)
