I have a new 2016 Honda 2.3 long shaft. Its 31 lbs which is 1 lb over class minimum. Runs great and I can get to 5 kts on our river.

We just purchased a mast butt adjuster like the one at APS ... J24 Mast Butt Adjuster w/ RF Sealoc Adj. | APS . How do we install it? Should the the adjuster point to the bow or aft? If aft do we attach it to the plate the mast is on or the bulk head? Thanks! Chris Edwards

How do I find out what the minimum stanchion height is for the J24. I would like to cut mine down a bit so the Genoa flows over easily. Thanks! Chris Edwards
