Came home with another boat today. Usually, I ask for more pictures but at $150 I decided to chance it.

I offered $50
He took it.

Looks more than worth it to me. I might fabricate a storage space, where it looks cut out under the tiller. A good cleaning, new intensity sail and some blade tlc should get you 95% there, and hopefully on the water

I wonder why all the holes were cut into the deck, especially the one by the tiller. Did the previous owner say? You still got a very good deal. The rudder by itself is worth at least $150 - $200.

I was ready to toss it into the dump...but I'm now thinking it might make a good beginner's boat for the grandson

The owner claimed to know nothing about the boat.
I believe the holes were done by one owner back.
I did get a good deal.
Either as a parts boat or a fixer upper

That hole in the afterdeck can also be glassed up... but first use it to effect other repairs, if necessary.

Not a bad score for the money, I can hear that 'SCARFACE' line: "FIFTY BUCKS!!!"
