Just won an auction for ELAN 425 Zeta. It is +20 year old boat from ex-Yugoslavia and exact copy of a Laser. Those were the times when you didn't need to buy the license or pay penalities, if you copied a trade mark.
To the question
It seems that in Slovenia a Laser should be registered but because i live also near Italy i have few questions. Should a Laser be registered, if i sail in Italy? I mean "matricolazione" and stuff. Can a foreigner register a boat in Italy?
