I figured out how to mount a video camera on my Sunfish. The whole rig costs @ $250, and isn't "stuck" to one position. I'm not selling the rig, I built it (easily and cheaply) using an ATC2K camera (enter ATC2K into ebay) from Oregon Scientific (I think that's the right company) - it's waterproof and runs on SD cards, and an industrial strength suction cup style mount from a company called Media Monkey. It was "field tested" by Rick Whitehurst in @ 20 knots of wind (I mounted it on the bow and got awesome footage of the forward triangle of the sail, think about it, it will make sense). Here's some footage I shot with it. If anyone's interested I'll photograph it and post the photos here. I'm racing with it this weekend (filming a documentary).
