Rigging to Sail Single Handed

To help balnce the boat, sit forward next to the jib car. The boats sail better with the driver forward . Consider tying the ends of my jib sheets together so they are easy to trim and blow from the rail while you steer. Also, try to hold the main sheet at the same time so you can trim without reaching for the sheet in the bottom of the boat. I wear a pfd as I don't swim as good as I used to. Even though I never fallen ou t of a boat and haven't capsized , its just a safety thing.
