I have a Minifish with a varnished rudder and daggerboard. For the most part, they are fine. However, on the edges, there are some worn spots where there is bare wood exposed. Should I sand all of the remaining varnish off and refinish the whole board, or can I sand the exposed area smooth and just revarnish that?
