Northland sailboat

Has anyone ever heard of a northland sailboat? It seems quite similar to a sunfish and I have a chance to pick it up complete for $100. Would it be a wise addition to my fleet or just another tub? Thank you

Must not have been a big seller, US sailings Portsmouth centerboard rating don't show it.
