Erika Reineke just blew away the competition at the recent Collegiate (ICSA) women's single-handed National championship, sailed in Radials. She won 15 out of the 18 races. Such consistency! And she is 'only' a freshman (Boston College).

Not quite such a dominance in the men's Laser. After Day 1, Georgetown's Chris Barnard, the 2012 collegiate sailor of the year, led Juan Maegli by a few points. At this point the two of them were considerably ahead of the other sixteen. But on Saturday and Sunday Juan left no doubt about his plans and jumped to first. Overall, he won 10 out of the 18 races sailed. Pretty impressive as well. Juan sailed in the recent Olympics for Guatemala, where he finished a very respectable ninth. He is currently a senior at the College of Charleston.
