The Organising Committee have met twice and are well into establishing the backbones of this exciting event. They are taking their responsibilities very seriously and are so glad they have the luxury of an early start.
The Welcoming Ceremony is also starting to take shape and the local Municipality has expressed an interest in becoming involved. It seems we will have a procession of the Competitors and supporters through the town, led by a band and flying flags and all, culminating in a Welcome Party, and official welcome by the Mayor.
