I just ran across an article by last year's nationals winner Brian Janney. I have read and reread the part about "rolling on the centerboard" to make an agressive jibe but I'm not sure if I understand it.

Second part: Can we use this information to improve our jibes on the C14.2?

Jack - This method applies only to the Snipe.

While downwind, they have the dagger board pulled up, which they can lean on to roll the boat. We can't do that.

Second, they use a pole launcher, and we don't.

    Sorry!
