I have the grey vinyl rub rail for Sunfish and also the 3M 4200. Has anyone installed this rubrail? It is a very tight fit (good fit but tight). How do you apply the sealant? Put a bead down in the channel before pushing the rail on, or apply the sealant to the hull lip, underside and topside? Or? It looked easy, but now that I am sitting here, it's not obvious. The tack time is also 1-2 hours, will that allow enough give to make final adjustments where the rail has moved? Seems like that is going to happen at the corners. Appreciate any assistance.
