Hi

I have a regional event on in about a month and a half and would like to get fit for my radial(i weigh 60kg).

I am doing the usual push ups, pull ups, sit ups and a 1.5 KM jog(building up for longer distances soon). I cants get out sailing for 3 weeks because harbour developments and such.

I feel like i could be doing more for this event as i am looking to do well.
Any ideas or even other excersises?
