edit; an Elvstrom mast and several booms are still available, the other parts and hulls have been depleted

Several 1970s and early 1980s 470’s were disassembled and their parts are being offered for sale. All Parts will be available for reasonable prices. Masts, booms, centerboards, rudders, trailers, travelers, blocks and anything else you can think of. Plus there are sails donated by an Olympic team, as well as some worn sails that are for sale.

Offered by The Milwaukee Community Sailing Center (a non-profit community service club). Please submit your inquires to peter@sailingcenter.org the Director for the MCSC.

I have a 70's Vangard 470. I would like to find a good condition mast. The blocks for the three halyards at he bottom of my mast have pulld out. I need to replace the mast or at least the three blocks at the base.
Would you happen to have a boom vang also?

Hi, I saw your post at sailingforums.com, and I am looking for an affordable 470 to introduce my 14 year old son into sailing. The ad seems very old,I am looking for a boat to fit my budget. But, doesn't hurt to ask: how much would you be able to put a boat together for us?
    Thanks,
    Alex Valente
