Deleting Ads

There's a 'sticky' at the top of the For Sale section with the info you requested.

It is time for the "for sale" and "want to buy" sections to become "time dated" ! They should only be posted for a certain time -say, 2 months maximum and then automatically delete. To have 72 pages of old ads dating back years just serves no purpose. It is obvious that members don't take the time or effort to remove old ads so it would be better to have them automatically removed.
Then the advertiser has to make the effort him/herself to re-post an ad if they still want it to be on there.
