Winds returned to St. Margaret’s Bay today, providing much relief to sailors who have been without a race for two days. The breeze is presently a steady 8-10 knots, with all fleets completing their first race of the day. Unofficial results from the gold fleet indicate a first place finish for New Zealand’s Michael Bullot, followed by Canadian David Wright in second, and Olympic gold medalist Paul Goodson (GBR) in third. Also at the top was Johan Wigforss (SWE), Christian Steiger (SUI), Milan Vujasinovic (CRO), Julio Alsogaray (ARG), and Arvid Claeson (SWE).
