    Hi,
I just got a replacement sail for my older Sunfish (Seabreeze) and was thoroughly dismayed to find that there are a couple of small areas where there are now grass stains (my fault) on it. My question then is whether anyone knows of a decent cleaning agent for new sails that will remove (hopefully) the stains and not affect the pigment in the cloth. I was wondering about Oxy-Clean and other agents similar to it... any ideas?

    Thanks in advance...

Mild detergent it will be then. Thank you :)

I'll try to keep it away from the grass from now on...

Anybody know if McLube type products help to keep dirt and stains off of sails? I would think it may help...kind of like scotch guard for sails. That could help justify it's cost.
