Can you identify this sail

I recently purchased a 1988 Capri 14.2, and it came with two jibs. The first one is a quantum jib. The second one is considerably smaller, with two battens, and is made out of an odd clear plastic material with woven threads. Does anyone know what this sail is used for, and what it is made of? I am attaching a couple of photos. The first one is the sail on top of the quantum jib, so you can see the size comparison. The second photo is a closeup of the sail material. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like someone had a #4 jib made for the boat out of a Kevlar thread weave with a mylar shell, radial cut custom. This sail would be used instead of the regular jib if it was blowing too hard to go sailing with the regular jib (less sail in breeze = easier to control boat). Usually you only see this kind of sail selection in bigger, non- dinghy type boats. Just my guess. A sail maker can tell you the name of the cloth and such better than I.
