Found another boat, partially covered in plants, fat daysailer thingy, crack on side, dunno who's it is. Id by the bow number thing ( its OH 8379 CJ
 
try and contact the local DMV and give them the registration number, let them know it was abandoned and you found it partially destroied. they might be able to help you.
 
I actually had a power boat wash ashore at my house a few weeks ago. I called the Department of Natural resources (which handles boat registration and fishing licenses in GA) and gave them the registration information and they were able to track down the owner and give him my number so he could come retrieve his boat. One of the strangest things I've even seen. Apparently he didn't raise the lift high enough...
