( I just posted this message on the Sunfish_Sailor site, but I know some of you don't hang there, so I wanted to post it here too. )
In January, I'll be going to visit my grandmother in Sarasota and will meet uo with my brother there (he sails 26' Islander out of the SF Bay). He knows how to sail and as you know, I'm just learning on my own. I don't know if this is realistic and I don't know the cost or availability of bareboat SF rentals, but I wondered whether, a beginner sail a SF in the gulf there. If so, does anyone know a place that lets you rent them?
