Adjusting the gooseneck

I'd like to replace the bolt on my gooseneck so that I can easily adjust the gooseneck position for windy conditions. What is the best way to do this, and what are my options for a bolt replacement - the cheaper, the better...

Go to APS (http://www.apsltd.com/Tree/d3000/e1434.asp) or Wind Line Sails(http://www.windline.net/sfup.htm), both have goose neck levers. Make sure that it is all stainless or stainless bolt and nut with aluminum lever. I did not and had to replace the first one.
