A Question of Sails, Landsailers, and Physics

At the moment, I'm working on designing a landsailer powered by a sunfish sail. At the moment, I've got a set of used spars without a sail that will be the crosspiece, and I'm planning on building a triangular fuselage(?) from three 2x12" boards, 14' long, joined on the 2" side to form an equilateral triangle. I plan to have two small wheels at the front, and the crossbar towards the back, similar to the International DN's layout, but bigger.

I need to figure out a few things, the most pressing of which is the approximate force that a sunfish sail exerts at various wind speeds, most critically at 10, 15, and 20 knots wind speed. I am planning to make the control setup as close to a sunfish as possible, which means that I also need the dimensions of the cockpit area, basically from gunwale to gunwale. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a sunfish at the moment. Can anyone help me find this information?
