The 2010 Masters' US Championship, with sailing in Charleston, South Carolina, is underway! This year's event has 61 Masters racing in Standard rigs and 27 in Radials. Four races were sailed the first day in a building seabreeze, reaching almost 15 knots by the end but with some holes here and there to trip people up and a bit of a sideways current thrown in for fun. At the end of the second day Apprentice Eric Oetgen still leads the Standards, but only 3 points behind is Peter Vessella (a GM, so Eric "owes" him 2 points per race), GGM Peter Seidenberg still leads the Radials but looks to be having good racing with Apprentice Glenn Walker.
