Class Politics 2010 laser masters worlds entry timelines

Does anyone know when entries for the 2010 masters worlds open? Want to make sure I don't miss the mad scramble to be one of the first 100 to get their entry in at 5am on the day entries open!
 
The ILCA goal is to open the application for entry period no later than 9 months before the event which means they are targeting late November to December. I'm betting that, as they did last year, they will send out an announcement a couple of weeks before the application for entry period opens.
