Congratulations to International Sunfish Class Association President Dick Tillman for winning the 2006 Midwest Regional I Championship at Lake Wawasee, Syracuase, IN, this weekend. Second went to Fritz Hanselman and third to Scott Schappe. The fleet was very tight with many places changing hands on a tack by tack basis. Saturday winds were 13-16 with gusts into the mid 20's, today winds were 10-17 with gusts to 20. The 38 boat fleet was a Sunfish record for Lake Wawasee. Way to go guys.
