    Try turning the lights down low....... then... place a torch on the underside and shine up towards yourself. This will show you where the cap is in relation to the elastic. Then work it out with fingers and put a bare batten end in and twist it to move the elastic if required. I have lost a...

    I have never seen a leopard do a hammy chasing a rabbit.. Maybe they do stretch before. (in private). Seriously I think it helps to get both the mind and body switched on before a sail or race.

    It might help to keep the vang fairly loose to give yourselves a bit more room to get under the boom.

    Fastest Clocked Speed :)

    Get in behind a power boat that displaces a fair bit of water at the right wind angle is the best fun. Cavitation in the rudder can be a problem . Hard to prevent nudging the transom or outboared.
