    yeah, i belong to a club, we have about 15+ thistles, we do glimmerglass regatta every year

    basically, ease, hike, trim for the short puffs, and pinch for the more consistent ones, and work the smaller lines accordingly as well

    sounds like what we have to do at my club with our club boats (minus the dropping), they're so craptastic that, in order to find one that wont sink (literally) in the middle of the lake you have to judge which one is light by picking up the bow.... ya we need new boats
