No worries on the start money, it's the laser money I'm worried about. If I can't find a laser (it sounds like it's going to be hard), I won't be entering... I have to check into the ILCA as it was different back when I was racing.

Goo Gone is good but if that doesn't work, 3M Adhesive Remover is a bit harsher, but quite good. I've used it a lot on large private yachts on many types of paint and it's quite safe. Very effective and WAY less rubbing than goo gone too.
