    Laser Trailer Opinions

    I'm in the market for a trailer and am interested in one of these that allow a singlehanded launch. The one concern I have, though, is trailering with the bottom down and exposed to rocks/tar/goo etc. while on the road. What are you folk's thoughts/solutions for this. I have a bottom cover...

    Check this out: http://concept2.co.uk/training/sailing I use a rower at a local gym that costs $20/mo., so its not too expensive. I'm on week 4 and have seen benefit. Rowing is also low impact and you can do it inside during the winter.

    Thanks for the replies. I am a Northeast sailor and will probably go with APS or maybe support a more local dinghy shop (if the prices are reasonably close). Thanks laserXD for the tips. I've learned from sailing other classes to not re-invent the wheel and just find out what the veterans...

    I'm looking at a couple lasers that look to have decent hulls, spars (straight) and blades (fair), but were used recreationally and don't have any of the go-fasts, which I assume is pretty much just the upgraded control lines (outhaul, cunningham, vang etc.) and maybe a non-wood tiller...
