I've read that it is a good idea to practice righting a capsized sunfish. What is the best way to do this?

We are new owners of a sunfish and Ive read that it is a good idea to practice righting the boat in case of tipping by intentionally capsizing the boat. How is it best to go about doing this?? I imagine strong winds and a certain manuver??

Is it necessary to register a sunfish and have the numbers on both sides of the boat?? I dont think Ive ever seen this on a sunfish. I live in Pa. Or is this only needed to use the boat in state park lakes?

I bought a used sunfish in the fall last year and we used it quite a few times. Ive been looking at diagrams and was wondering about the bridle at the stern of the boat. Is this suppose to attach to the tiller somehow? I just put the tiller under it (as I recall ). How is this bridle used?
