I just noticed that the >Fairlead Block Plate< on my laser is loose, simply one of the screws is not gripping anymore (i.e. spins freely), any ideas on how to fix this, without drilling inspection ports please!!!

I have similar or the same issue with the Harken >Fairlead Block Plate< first the rings caved inwards and I was able straiten them out but now the plate is loose on one side and the screw that holds it to the deck spins without biting to anything...any advise here?

I'm currently on a project in NYC/Manhattan for the next 3/4 months, and will be in the area for most of the week but not the weekends. I would like to find a laser fleet near the area that I can join and possibly a place keep my boat...any leads or suggestions would be great!
