Silly question time. My hull has a bit of a chunk out of the very tip of the bow and I was wondering if anybody had a template or any other advice that would help me repair/ shape properly.
Thanks,
FG

You can trace my bow anytime
Can you attach a picture? The curves in the hull and in the deck are pretty continuous, so that even if a small piece was missing, fairing that would follow the existing lines. I'm sure we all have different ideas about "a bit of a chunk." (which, coincidentally is how my wife would describe me these days.)
I bought a little sander and all the different sandpaper
If you made it to teh puppy photos you weren't far from general laser sailboat maintenance advice Click here and there is all sorts of stuff that might help refurbish a boat.
also over at SA there is a guy named Mike who goes by couchsurfer, He is very handy with boat maintenance, knows his way around Lasers as well as anybody, and is in Vancouver. Getting his help is probably the very best thing you can do.
