modern day clonefish?

Colors on hull don't look right, the well is awfully large, lip on the edging looks awkward, and of course, the sail was not part of the original set-up. Maybe I'm wrong?
Looks like it's a Scorpion from the '70s (re-paint from maybe the '90s)

Solid brass on boat cant be bought new. Brass alone on boat worth a small fortune.
 
I agree with Wayne it looks a lot like my Scorpion except for the crazy paint job.
