Marblehead laser sailing

I just moved to Boston from Charleston, long time big boat sailor, but not dingy sailor. Just bought a Laser and hope to campaign in Newport and Marblehead. Question - what dry suits are recommended for spring sailing, and what type wet suit do most people wear for summer and fall. I've got big boat gear and plan to use my spray top over a wet suit.

Can the group chime in on spring and summer gear for this area?

Thanks

David

Hi David, short time in Charleston. Hope you like Boston. I believe you're in a great place for Laser Masters sailing. If you haven't already go to the National Laser website and look up your District Secretary for contacts and sailing schedules. As for cold water gear in the Laser the thinnest stuff you can get away with is the most recommended. Being able to move a lot and quickly in the boat is paramount. I recommend any gear from Zhik. Annapolis performance sailing has a pretty healthy offering of their gear.

Rob, Thanks for the tip. I had been looking at APS and Newport One so they both have solid dry suits. Hope to see you on the water David
