my bow is really busted up it has mostly its orginal shape but it's very brittle. Any thought on how to fix it??

A couple pictures would make it a lot easier to offer advice that's more likely to be on target.

In general ...
- remove loose material- cut, pull, grind, sand it off, etc
- build a form underneath it if you need to, to keep new epoxy + glass in shape while it hardens
- use thin epoxy to fill cracks
- add filler to get epoxy thicker, so it doesn't run + sag so much- flour, sawdust, or buy commercial filler
- use glass strips and/or cut glass to form shape + thinkness
- doing it in steps, layers, or stages is often a lot easier + better than trying to do it all in one step.

This video is pretty good, you might be able to do something similar

Depends on how big the repair is, I would chip/sand away all the cracked parts and completely replace/reinforce that section of the boat

the west system fillers are really great, you can make peanut butter consistency to fill areas like the gunwale, use polyester resin on any areas that will be gelcoated, you could use epoxy on the inside for strength (like for the mast step) but gel coat won't stick to epoxy

do a little at a time, do a step, sand it down, next step and so on, the actual time you spend working on it won't be that long, but there will be plenty of waiting for the repairs to dry
